"The lady asked three times if I wanted the mvp I politely declined all three times and yet that’s still what I was charged for, I mean I’ve herd of upselling things but not blatant disregard for what the customer asked for. I’ll be nice enough to to mention any names.. and the haircut was fine but I don’t think I’ll return the this establishment if this is how they conduct business."

"The staff is very competent, caring and professional. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and were blessed to witness the staff preparing to do free haircuts for foster children and supply them with a tote filled with school supplies. Great place with caring people!!"
