Needing an intense Beard Trimming, and the closest shave one could ask for my bald head, I scheduled a seat through the App! Speaking of the App, the "virtual check-in" was a HUGE time-saver, as it was a work week afternoon, and I was in a bit of a rush... But, anyhow, I was lucky enough to see CATHY, a very talented stylist! Shaving my head, she got it so close that only a razor could match it. But her work on my gigantic, unruly beard & mustache is why I needed to post my review: In short, it was the BEST trim & shaping that I have EVER had! My wife was extremely complimentary on how I looked, and credits CATHY, rightly, as a miracle worker (to use my wife's words!) I'll return to CATHY from now on, even I need to schedule myself so I can see her! *****

I’m giving 2 stars bc I’ve had some previous good experiences. I was in and out literally in less than 5 minutes. I spend longer trimming my beard. She didn’t trim my neck hair. I asked for rounded neck line corners, they are polygons. I asked before she started not to shave too high bc I part my hair. She shaved one side to my hair part, was not listening 100% I even showed her how far to go with my hands. The other side is 100x worse. Towards back side is shaved literally to the middle of my head, while it tapers to full bangs. I’m a 32 year old businessman, I look like a child did this blind. I can’t go to work like this. Waste of 25 dollars.

I have gone to the location in Dalton ever since it was opened. Hands down one of the best hair cut joints. I have always received excellent service. Sure I may have to wait 20 minutes or so but that's life. To those complaining about hair cut styles- This is a basically a barber shop for male/masculine style hair cuts. If you are looking for a beauty parlor style effeminate hair cut.
